The views are beautiful but the employees are rude, the walls are paper thin, and the area is a bario and certainly not worth the price. To cap it all off when we were leaving they hit us with a $*/night resort fee. The casino is small and filled with locals who have no sense of politeness. We stayed here for two nights after our cruise and it nearly ruined an otherwise great vacation. The room looked nice but you can hear every flush, word and moan of your neighbors giving the ambiance of a by the hour motel. The hotel is surrounded by empty shells of hotels past littered with graffiti and trash. And, as if you haven't already wasted enough money on this place, they have the nerve to charge $8-10 for a watered down drink. My experience was so bad that I do not see myself staying in another Hilton hotel ever again. I truly wish I could forget I ever stayed there.

Overall, our stay was okay, but a few amenities were less than ideal. The bathroom had a sliding door and no hooks inside the bathroom to hang up any clothes/robe. This was mentioned to the front desk at checkout. The breakfast cafe restaurant had a mild musty odor. The decor of the lobby was done in early 1950's Howard Johnson aqua and orange-less than sophisticated, although it was redecorated a few years ago. The pool at the annex building had a bar area with a step down to reach the health club area. This step down was not marked or taped, and I almost twisted an ankle when I missed the step. As far as security, anyone can walk directly into the annex building from street level with no bell hops or concierge to oversee. But with 85 degrees and turquoise waters, Puerto Rico is always a gem.
